Who we are
This website is operated by Premier Glass Coatings and Finishes, LLC ("Premier Glass Coatings", "we", "us"), a window film company based in Griffin, Georgia. Questions about this policy can go to info@premierglasscoatings.com or (770) 926-3930.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the consultation form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the type of work you're interested in, and any details you add. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you include in that call or message.
This site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote.
- To carry out and support work you've asked us to do, including warranty service.
- To filter out spam and abuse sent through the form.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are passed straight to our email inbox; the website itself doesn't keep a copy. Two service providers are involved in getting them there:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the form request. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
- Resend delivers the form submission to us by email.
Both handle the data only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as they're useful for the job — for customers, that can include the life of the warranty. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@premierglasscoatings.com.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a home or building. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
